Mine came all in one piece but honestly all powder eyeshadow can easily break so 🤷🏼♀️

Yes! I love LA Colors! I've had mine for about 3 month now the color last up to 12 or more hours..

I recommend emailing the company where the makeup started out (LA colors) hopefully they'll replace it for you) Good luck!!!
