In these cookbooks, I found a great collection of keto recipes. All these recipes are very detailed, easy to follow, with full nutritional information. I have tried some recipes and they were delicious and healthy. All my family likes the dishes after these recipes even though they are not following this program.I liked this book very much and I'm glad to have it on my Kindle to use when I need it. I highly recommend these recipes for those who want to be fit and healthy.

Great book
The recipes and instructions are very easy to understand and follow. I am in the process of trying several of these. The only thing that I didn't like was the amount of coconut used, whether oil, flour or other. I didn't see a substitution list anywhere. I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy to read.This book will help you learn and understand more about Keto Diet .In this keto diet book, you will have a comprehensive overview of keto diet, healthy recipes which are easy to make, and most importantly what food to eat and avoid if you are following the keto die . really good read !thanks author for writing a good book ! suggested !!!
