This is an actual resistance band! This is extra heavy and they mean it. The other resistant bands are not worth your purchase this is a great company. I will use them again.

Great product and great price

There is definitely a smell of chemicals. Cut my desired length and let it sit out for 3 days and some of the smell has gone away. The smell aside, this is a very good strap for resistance exercises. Good quality, very strong, no fear of tearing.

This is a LARGE roll of the stretch sheet. Like hard to lift! 6 feet is probably enough for most uses. Definitely got my moneys worth. Using it as a muscle wrap for exercises.

Good value

This band has even more resistance than the highest resistance that Therabands has. I was surprised and delighted at the resistance level. And the roll is huge which will give you a lot of bands to work out with. I love this band and will buy more from this company in the future.

Physical therapy is tough and someone like me who wants to continue to build strength but still has some injuries to deal with needs resistance to build that muscle to help strengthen my body. My personal trainer uses these to get those muscles fired up and work with my physical therapist to get me to the next level. Things to note: 1. Sometimes we have to double up to up the resistance as 13lbs really is pretty light resistance, but for beginners this is great. 2. The color and texture is strangely satisfying and very pleasing. 3. The stretch is intense and can handle a lot. We tied it to the balcony and stretched that sucker all the way across the living room It was intense and also hilarious. 4. This will do the job on firing up the muscles and we had enough for 4 people so that was crazy and still so much left over.
