Everbuild General Purpose Silicone Sealant – Waterproof – Suitable for Interior and Exterior Use – Black – 280ml

This is another great value product offered by Amazon that is 50% cheaper than the high street and retail park D.I.Y stores. The 2 tubes I received from Amazon were manufactured 2 months prior to receipt unlike some of the shelf stock I’ve seen locally that were dated between 2019-2020. Great product that is easy to use. Installation tip: Use 2 straight lines of masking tape either side of the joint and cut the nozzle at 45 degrees. Use a dab of liquid soap on the end of a finger or use a spray bottle with a drop of liquid soap to lightly spray the silicone before carefully running a finger down the length of the joint to remove the excess. Carefully remove the masking tape before the silicone dries for a professional finish.

Very sticky

I bought this to seal a black vent closed, a simple job that this product did to my satisfaction. Much cheaper than available in the High Street, so well pleased.

I found this product easy to apply and it dried quickly but for where I needed it, around the kitchen sink, it's not very ideal as it rubs off when I wipe it dry
