Impressive!
Very impressed with this fan - it’s actually larger than I anticipated but looks stylish. The base is easy to assemble and thankfully the screws have intergral nut/bolts so you don’t even need a screwdriver. The electronic display is very cool - you can see temp, oscillation and timer/sleep settings. The power is very good - the highest setting is pretty forceful! Nice and quiet on low setting for sleeping. Nice that it has a handle on the top for carrying and also a little slot to store the remote control. Remote comes with batteries and is simple and easy to use.

Fairly powerful on full whack but could be better
Good all round fan, reasonably quiet and the full fan speed setting is fairly strong, minuscule remote control may be easy to lose but can be placed on top of the unit, feels a bit cheap and nasty but performs OK.

Really saves us in that week long heatwave!
Brought this just in time for that one really hot day we had a few weeks back and it was truly a godsend! After recently purchasing a new build house (I’m told they’re great in winter because of the insulation and whatnot, I can attest to the fact they stay hot in summer too), we were caught out with how hot our bedroom on the second floor would be, and even with every window in the house open we were melting! Along comes this amazing fan and we managed to sleep rather comfortably! It’s super easy and light to carry about, even up and down 2 flights of stairs and is not that loud at all, I’d compare it to maybe level 2 or 3 of a car air cons system! The remote is really handy to have next to the bed in case it gets hot during the night and even if the fan is quite a distance from the bed, you still get a decent breeze!

Good value
Most fans are never perfectly quiet, but this one is on the quieter side, but still audible on the lowest/night setting. It didn't, however, keep me awake when only 7 feet away. On a higher setting it probably would. The remote replicates exactly what's on the buttons on top, so there's little confusion. The timer function is useful, too. 36 inches is quite large, so check your measurements first.Only slight niggle is the loud beep when using either the remote or the buttons. Overall, for the price I paid (£45), I'd say it was good value and does exactly what it's supposed to.

Too noisy in sleep mode
This is a very stylish and sleek unit, which is easy to assemble, although the base is a seemed a little fragile when snapping together. As with the other make of tower fan I purchased, it wobbles whilst oscillating, but fret not - it doesn't fall over! It is very efficient at cooling the air, but I bought it to use in my bedroom and the reason I have scored it lower is, for me, it is too noisy in sleep mode. Granted, I do have acute hearing, but even after persevering for a few nights in succession, I was listening to the fan, rather than falling asleep and it's not like "white noise"!

Disappointing
Here's the things I didnt like:There's a loud BEEP every time you change a setting, so if your partner is asleep and you want to change it, it will wake them up!Its too big, not much power considering how big it is, and it doesnt need to be big, it only has vent holes in the plastic casing for about 60% of its size, so 40% of its height is taken up by space and electronics etc...Speed of fan is too weak and not weak enough - On lowest setting it pumps out a lot, and not a trickle, on highest setting it pumps out only a little more.... which is not enough for when you're really hot.On the good side, love the handle for carrying it around and the way the remote fits in the top is classy. Its easy to assemble, don't even need any tools. Temperature display is good, and it switches off in night mode, so the light doesnt keep you awake! In fact, I have no idea what night mode does, seems the same as smiley mode.... The countryside air mode is weird as the speed keeps changing to simulate the wind.... not sure what its for lol.

Does the job
Great fan works a treat my partner is well happy with this she just loves the remote control that comes with the fan. It's quiet in the night time mode while at the same time it doesn't affect the cooling from the fan , the controller does beep when used but then I find it handy as if you count the beeps you know what function it's on once you get used to the controls

Great unit with good functions and a low footprint, especially in a sale!
I’m love this thing, definitely worth the it. My loft room is about 5ish metres square and this is the right size. For as hot as this room gets I wouldn’t go smaller. When it’s 75F outside it can get to 85F in here without the fan as I get the heat from the whole house and radiating through the windows. Pros- useful functions, 12 hour timer is a blessing, the oscillating range is good, fans themselves come up high enough so you can feel it, footprint is small. Cons- fans could be quieter and it rattles a little unless base is level, lights are too small to read from a distance, if it’s plugged in the lights are on (i.e. no standby) but in sleep mode they’re off and when the timer ends it beeps loudly and the lights come back on! 🤦🏾♀️ I improved these by levelling the base and popping a hat on top or covering the display at night. It’s not an air con unit, but it cools the air a little bit by virtue of it moving the air. The aim is to keep it on for stretches and avoid heat buildup. It’s great for that!Overall I don’t regret my purchase and most of my niggles have workarounds. Would highly recommend, especially if you can get it cheaper than the £60 I paid.
