Didn't know what to expect, but there's so much great info in here that resonates with other bodies of knowledge I study

This book does a wonderful job of breaking down and synthesizing hermetic beliefs.It gives the student a new understanding of old concepts including sanctity and what it means to practice under the divine.

I really enjoyed this book and the insights it has personally brought me...this review is purely based on the condition of the book upon its arrival.Bent up dust jacket and stains on the book itself. I have a few books from Inner Traditions, but this is the only one I have ordered that has had these blemishes.For the price of this book, I didn't expect these. Especially since it was marked as "new".Had I paid more, as I have for some books in my little library, I would have been livid. Disappointed is a better description.
