I am not a chef, but I kinda like cooking when I am not lazy. This is trully the best knife I ever had. Sharp, sleek and well balanced. At first I thought I would not like it cause it is a bit longer than the other knives I used, but it awesome to work with and absolutely easy to wash as it is one piece. it is getting slightly cold to touch in winter but after a few seconds in your hand the metal gets temperature from your hand and it is comfortableThis is not only a good looking knife but very comfortable to use, well balanced and ergonomic.Very happy with this knife, I ordered one for my sister too who loves to cook, so I am absolutely recommending it

Good balance, sharp, made of one piece of metal so hopefully nothing to break. A little bit on a heavier side and blade thicker than the usual German steel.
