I ordered based on the measurements in the size chart, and when I received the shoes and put them on they were lose fitting and as I was walking the back slips off. I kept them thinking I will add my plantar fasciitis insoles and wear socks with them, and they seem to be okay, but I think they're stretching out. Considering returning for a smaller size in hopes of a better fit, but I'm afraid it may be too small.
