I have just started on my 21 days with Cat Smiley and I love this book! I read it through first before I began, and found it was easy to read and full of a lot of great extras, such as shopping lists (which are pure gold to some one as busy as myself!.) and diary pages. So far, so good. I am really enjoying this diet!

Just received the book. It looks fantastic and informative. I will be following her plan for 21 days. Very happy with the information the only downside was it took a while for the book to arrive. I feel it was worth the wait.
