After following the instructions carefully—using only two drops in my water (half the recommended dose of four times a day, as I only used it twice a day)—I experienced severe side effects, including headache, nausea, and extreme exhaustion.Concerned about these symptoms, I contacted the seller to ask about a return or refund. Unfortunately, I was told the product is not returnable, and they offered no further assistance or explanation. When I tried reaching out again, they ignored my messages entirely.I strongly urge anyone considering this product to beware. Something in it seems dangerous, and the lack of accountability from the seller is alarming. Please think twice before purchasing.

This essence is a good buffer from outside energy forces. If you are sensitive to the world around you this is a good protection. I drop it in my water and sip on it all day.

I've used Yarrow for over 6 months. This is wonderful it has a calming effect for me. Yarrow has really helped to reduce my tension and anxiety at work and I always have a bottle close at hand.
