When I take 1 at bedtime, I get a much better solid sleep and wake up feeling great. If something awakens me at, night I get right back to sleep. I take these a couple of times a week. I don't want to use every night for fear it will stop working so well. I feel it's better to vary consumption and not be dependent.

I highly recommend this product to help you relax and go to sleep. recommended by my nutritionist. i take it every night as a part of my sleep routine. helps me to get into a calm and relaxing state.

I never have trouble falling asleep at bedtime. However, it is not unusual for me to wake up sometime around 3:00. Usually I stay awake quite awhile before falling back asleep shortly before the alarm goes off. I have used this product for about 2 weeks and I do find myself able to return to sleep more quickly during the night.

The bottle says to take two but I actually found it worked better for me when I only took one. Take it 30 minutes before bed and sound asleep right around the 30 minute mark.

Love the company very ethical practices. Sensitivity filter prevented my original review from showing, so this is an edit. The original formula was homeopathic. This one is herbal. Some think the original worked better, but this is still a good formula. Try it and see for yourself.

I like the DreamOn Zen works great. However my last order I received a bottle of Blood Pressure Support which is not what I ordered. There is no way to return it so I am out $25 and can't go to sleep
