Excellent Urinary Maintenance
This is a nice supplement, particularly for women, to assist with the urinary tract and avoiding infections, etc. Nothing is a magic bullet so if you have a lingering issue, please see a doctor! The ingredients are a good variety of supplements which are attributed to provide relief for urinary tract issues:Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine HCl) 5 mg250% Citric Acid 250 mg* Chanca piedra 4:1 Extract (stem and leaf) 250 mg* Celery 10:1 Extract (seed) 200 mg* Tart Cherry 4:1 Extract (fruit) 200 mg* Green Coffee Bean 50% Extract 100 mg* Milk Thistle 80% Extract (seed) 100 mg* Cranberry 4:1 Extract (fruit) 100 mg* Pomegranate 40% Extract (fruit) 100 mg* Amla 4:1 Extract (fruit) 25 mg* Bromelain (2400 GDU/g) 25 mg* Yucca 4:1 Extract (root) 25 mg* Devilâ€TMs Claw 5% Extract (root) 25 mg* Turmeric 95% Extract (rhizome) 25 mgThere are minimal other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegatable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. I assume these are for the gel caps. These are very small and easy to swallow, by the way, in case you struggle with gag reflex.I have had a few people in the family take them as the early onset of a urinary infection and we feel it helps clear it up much faster than on its own. This is a supplement NOT a medication so you would take it over the course of a few days, or regularly, to see results.

Nutrition based
This has most of the ingredients that natural remedy practitioners recommend for urinary tract health. Does it actually work.? My wife used the entire bottle according to the recommended instructions and her chronic urinary was slightly better but not drastically. This might work if your problem is lesser but the amount of help my wife got would probably not justify continuing the use of this product.

Got Some Results Fairly Quickly
I’ve been having a little bit of trouble with my UTIs. I had a really bad one and had to go to the doctor to get an antibiotic but I also doubled down on the infection with herbal supplements. After doing a good bit of research, the Best Naturals Urinary Tract Support has most of the recommended urinary tract supplements. I combined this with real cranberry juice, cucumbers, celery, and vitamin C. I got results pretty quick.IngredientsVitamin B-6 (pyridoxine HCl) 5 mg250% Citric Acid 250 mg* Chanca piedra 4:1 Extract (stem and leaf) 250 mg* Celery 10:1 Extract (seed) 200 mg* Tart Cherry 4:1 Extract (fruit) 200 mg* Green Coffee Bean 50% Extract 100 mg* Milk Thistle 80% Extract (seed) 100 mg* Cranberry 4:1 Extract (fruit) 100 mg* Pomegranate 40% Extract (fruit) 100 mg* Amla 4:1 Extract (fruit) 25 mg* Bromelain (2400 GDU/g) 25 mg* Yucca 4:1 Extract (root) 25 mg* Devilâ€TMs Claw 5% Extract (root) 25 mg* Turmeric 95% Extract (rhizome) 25 mg

Cranberry is low in the ingredient list
Meh. Who knows if these really do anything or not. There's no way to tell. My problem is with the fact that cranberry is way down in the middle of the ingredients and thus there's not much of it. I'll pass.

Good Supplement
This supplement is not meant to cure or even alleviate any urinary problems you might be currently experiencing. It is supposed to help you maintain a healthy urinary tract. It contains citric acid which is what gives citrus fruits their sourness. This supplement contains many ingredients that have wonderful health benefits besides urinary health. I take some of these separately such as milk thistle, green coffee bean extract, and turmeric. I've been taking this supplement for about two weeks and believe it helps with a lot of things besides urinary.

Really Helps With Urinary Issues
I got this to keep my medicine cabinet stocked, and right after I received it in the mail, I developed a bladder infection. Before it became a full-blown bladder infection, I felt an urgency and discomfort and began taking this supplement. Of course, it did not and could not cure my bladder infection, however, it DID noticeably reduce the intensity of my symptoms. After seeing the doctor and receiving antibiotics to treat the bladder infection, I continue to take these urinary support pills - one a day - and they seem to work to help alleviate a lot of the urgency and aching/pain while urinating, while the antibiotics fight off the infection.Since they appear to actually work - and fairly well - I would also recommend them as a supplement to help urinary tract health. Just be sure to follow the directions on the label, and if you are on other medications you may wish to check with your doctor before taking these to avoid any potential interactions. I love it and would definitely purchase these in the future, and recommend them to others.

Throwing All the Darts at the Board at Once
I'll have to agree with others than ingredients seem good but potency seems low. either the amounts need to readjusted or the pills made larger or the amount of pills to take increased or...something.I'm having problems right now and I'm taking this daily but the effect if any is small. I'm getting a larger effect from drinking cranberry juice. If you are suffering from Kidney Stones, Gallbladder Stones, or Gout, I recommend Stone Free. The pills are giant and hard and taste nasty but boy are they effective.

When you feel a uti coming on
Start taking these before it gets to the point where you have to be put on antibiotics to cure the infection. Go with natural products when you can. Cranberries are great for getting the urine going and the milk thistle is good for your liver.
