Q: Should isup's valve stem be up or down during inflation? when it is up to allow for flow in but not out, this pump does not register the pressure.

It should be up or the board will lose pressure as soon as you disconnect the hose. There is some other issue causing the pump not to register the pressure

Q: I purchased July 16, 2022 and it no longer pumps past 2.00 PSI. It is still under warranty. Who do I contact?

Q: How long does it take to pump up a SUP to 15 psi?

10-15 minutes. It’s not that much faster than when I have hand pumped my SUP, but it is definitely a lot less work! It’s also kind of loud- but I love it and will never go back to hand pumping. So happy I bought this.

Q: How does this pump do pumping up 2 paddle boards in a row? I've heard some pumps will overheat if you try to pump more than one board.

This pump could not pump up 2 paddle boards at the same time. It can only inflate/deflate one stand up paddle board at a time or it will damage the pump.
