I absolutely love this stuff. It really does taste bitter when you first try it. But you get used to it really quickly and I now love it. I use about half a pipette after a meal. No longer do I need sweet to finish a meal, no more sugar cravings and a very settled belly.

Product took a while to arrive but that was fine as I was notified. This is a 'bitter' product as it says and takes a bit of getting used to. I know others are using to keep them off the sweet cravings. I am using to add to my diet as its hard to stomach quite bitter foods and this is a way to ease myself in. Its working. I take when I remember and the pipette dropper is great. The product is in a dark glass bottle to retain its potency, so don't leave it out in bright sunshine. I've taken it directly and also added to water. Equally good. I have noticed a settling on the stomach gas. I give it and seller 5* I recommend and I will re-purchase the product.

35 drops is too much considering the strong taste but it is a bitter helps digestion

The clue is in the name. This stuff is incredibly bitter, and not cheap at that.

I haven’t taken it long enough I think to give an honest review. And I haven’t been able so far to take it three times a day, only once or twice. It tastes dreadful at first but you soon get used to the taste. I don’t think I have been so bloated as I have in the past, so that’s a plus. But so far it hasn’t taken the edge off my sweet tooth unfortunately. I will keep going with it though!

So I have been using it in a bit different way and I am adding drops in the water and drinking it twice per day. I have noticed my appetite decreased and it seems to work with my cravings. Looking forward to see whether it will translate to any weight loss!

It is bitter but it works for me; feel less bloated and lost a few pounds in weight 👍
