I unfortunately have a puppy and an older dog that both have had a few accidents in our house. I have some old stubborn stains that I have even been able to get out with this product. It does take alot of time and work on the old stains but the fact that it gets them out is worth it. I like the cherry scent alot, I get the urine smell completely out and then steam clean and there is just a little cherry scent left.

It eliminated odors right away. I kept seeing massive stains only under the black light. The founder actually called me and told me to use light soap and water and blot up the remains. Great customer service for that.

This product works fairly well although not perfectly. Sometimes it worked with only one application, but at times required at least two or three to get out the urine smell - and this is even when I was catching the puppy as he was peeing and cleaning up the pee immediately using a small wet-vac. So, this is why 4 stars not 5. That said, the customer service is really good! I was unhappy with my first shipment because it leaked in transit. I emailed the company and immediately heard back, and they sent out a full replacement within a few days. Oh, I also tried both scents and am very particular about scents and found both to be pleasant and reasonable. My husband affirmatively enjoyed the cherry scent, and he is also picky about smells.

This product works well. I was leary at first but this stuff really does eliminate the odor not just masks it.
