Sorry, I can't say. My PC's are old and incompatible with W11. But, I would make a wild guess that it wouldn't. When has Microsoft ever released anything that worked with existing software?

Bought a new computer, how do I download it to the new computer?

I don't know. If it's on your old computer, I think U only get 1 download per purchase. U might have to buy another or could check with the store U brought it from or save your old computer for cards.

Does this do newsletters and posters?

The real version does not do posters, but it does do newsletters. The version I bought was corrupted and my protection software would not let me download it. I would go to the Hallmark website and purchase it there.
