These are incredible. I started taking them almost a year ago after reading about the benefits of spearmint for hormonal acne. I decided to give these a try and have been hooked ever since. I rarely get blemishes now compared to the large amount I was getting prior to taking this supplement. You do want to drink them with plenty of water since they are larger and I take 2 at a time.

I have PCOS and huritism. I tried spearmint tea, but that gave me heartburn. These spearmint capsules not so much. I take them on an empty stomach in the morning, one capsule at a time. I waxed two weeks ago and I noticed the difference. The hair is finer and growing slower. Great product!

I will need to take this for a longer period to see how it works for PCOS, but first impressions is that it is quite nice. The smell is fresh and nice and the taste is good. Taste like spearmint tea and doesn't have nasty burps or anything. Way easier to consume the capsule than trying to drink that much tea per day to get the benefits, so I'm happy.

I read a lot of info from other people with PCOS that this improved their unwanted hair growth. These did not cause anything negative, but I personally did not notice a difference in the 3 months or so of taking them daily.This exact product/brand was recommended by others though so seems to help some folks!
