Works great but may fall off
The principle is a chemical reaction between the powder inside and the oxygen in the air, it's actually burning but very very slow so it heats up to about 40-50C and stays warm for hours. It works exactly as a hot-water bottle but it's small so you can have it sealed in your purse at all times just in case or wear it all day long without anyone noticing. After 6-8 hours the reaction is finished and it cools down but you may remove it earlier and throw it away still warm, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't start a fire. I like that these patches are shaped like panties, other brands are usually rectangular. The only drawback is that the powder inside is a little heavy for the glue, so the patch may eventually fall off. Trousers would keep it inside, but I wouldn't wear this patch with a skirt. Read carefully the instruction and all the warnings about low-temperature burns and skin irritation. Never glue them to your skin.

Convenient and Effective Relief for Period Cramps
I experience very painful and heavy period cramps and try to avoid taking painkillers like Tylenol, Advil, or Midol unless absolutely necessary. These heat patches have been a lifesaver, especially when I am not at home and need relief on the go. They are very easy to use. You simply unwrap the patch, peel off the adhesive backing, and stick it to the outside of your underwear or near the area where you feel cramps. Do not apply it directly to your skin. It stays in place well and does not feel bulky or uncomfortable at all. What impressed me most is how quickly it helps ease my discomfort. The warmth is soothing and provides noticeable relief, making it a great alternative to a hot water bottle or medication. It is discreet enough to wear throughout the day without any issues. I am so glad I discovered these patches and will definitely be stocking up. They are a convenient and effective option for managing period cramps when you need relief anywhere.

Surprisingly Effective – A Cozy Little Lifesaver
I bought these on a whim during a rough PMS week, and honestly? They work better than I expected. The heat is gentle but steady, and it really helped take the edge off my cramps without needing to pop ibuprofen all day. It’s not going to erase severe pain, but for mild to moderate cramps, it brings a lot of relief and comfort. The wide wings are a great feature—they keep the patch in place well, even when I’m moving around. The adhesive sticks nicely to underwear or leggings, and it’s discreet enough to wear under clothes if you’re heading out. A few tips if you're trying these for the first time: Stick it to your underwear, not directly to your skin—it gets warm enough and helps avoid any skin irritation. For the best effect, apply it when cramps first start—don’t wait until they’re at their worst. Don’t throw them in your bag loose—the packaging isn’t resealable, so once you open one, it’s go time. They work great for lower back pain too—just flip it around depending on where you're feeling it. Docking one star only because I wish the heat lasted a little longer—it’s solid for a few hours, but if you’re having a rough day, you might go through two. Still, super convenient, especially for travel or when you’re not near a heating pad.

More than I expected!!
The patch was more than I expected! I always have severe cramps so used to use hot pack made with herb seeds. It is good for pain relief but the warmth didn’t stay long enough and I have to lay down or sit still without move. This patch is staying there when i move around or roll in my bed, and also it warm my stomach for quite long time. I used this when I had stomachache(attached around my bellybutton area) and it really helped. Would buy this again!

It’s okay.. ideal for mild cramps
I’ve used 2 patches so far and it’s overall, okay. It gets hot for a short period of time which I see why it can’t go on the skin directly. It doesn’t last long (1-3 hours max) so I used both patches back to back to get more longevity. If your cramps are mild, this is fine but I wouldn’t recommend this to someone who suffers with more severe cramps.

Phenomenal Portable Relief
I haven't used a product like this before (besides an actual plug-in heating pad) so I can't compare it to others, but they are amazing! I've mainly used them for work and I use it by sticking the patch to a camisole and then pulling my jeans over that to help keep it snug against my abdomen. Within 5 minutes of placing the patch, I can feel it warming up, and by the 15-20 minute mark it is properly heated. I haven't really measured out the time versus the warmth, but I'd say it stays "hot" for a good 3 or 4 hours, and then it's warm for another 1 or 2. I haven't had issues with the adhesiveness like a few others have mentioned, but maybe it helps that I specifically tuck my camisole into my jeans to help sandwich the patch in place. When I remove the patch, it certainly seems plenty sticky. I did see a couple images/reviews on here where people got burned by it; please don't be like these people and disregard the instructions. The instructions clearly state *not* to place the patch directly on your skin. Please don't place it directly on your skin lol. Simply stick it to a cami or underwear, whichever places it where you want it, and you are in business! 10/10

It works!
A game changer. At first I was conflicted because of the mixed reviews but it seems like any negative reviews were just user error and the buyer didn’t follow instructions. It worked like a charm, I love using a heating pad but it’s unrealistic to carry one everywhere. This is both effective and discrete. I’m not sure how well it would work if you moved around a lot but I sit at a desk for work and I had no issues. Keep in mind if you’re heavier set in the stomach region it might affect how well the pad sits in your pelvis because of the extra skin.

I bought it just to try if it’s a gimmick or not. It actually works! It does take maybe 3 minutes to heat up but it has been helping me through my menstrual cramps the past few days, especially when I still have to work in the office. I took off one star because it doesn’t last as long as my cramps do. The amount of heat you feel also depends on the thickness of the material you stick it on so be mindful of that.
