I have ordered 2 sets of these in size 4mm. The first set one was 4mm, but the other was bigger which I can't use. I asked for a replacement for one of the boxes...the one that was too big. When I received the replacement, which they sent 2 instead of one, the were too big as well. It's bad when you can't even get the replacement correct. I will say the crystals are very pretty. Will buy elsewhere next time
