Marjukka 1 x Mini Berry Picker Scoop Hedgerow Fruit Picking Dead Heading Tool Kids

Ok this is about 1/4 of the size of a regular adult picker. I actually think it will be. My husband who is Scandinavian said the big one would mush up the blackberries and not work as well. So I bought this smaller one for better control. I’m so tired of scratching my hands up at black berry picking time.I think since the width is so small it will be easier to get between the branches. The item is hard plastic with black coated wire pickers. It’s small enough for a woman’s or child’s hand but not a good size for a larger guy. I can fit three fingers and a thumb to grasp it. Its probably designed for kids, but I think it will work for women and btw my hand is medium size. I’m 5’9”6 inches long 4 inches wide. It is narrow inside, so I think this will be a pick and quickly dump in a bucket tool. Items can be no larger than about an inch to pass through the tool (meaning, it’s shaped like a box as if it could hold your berries but it’s not practical since it’s so narrow) unless you pick them and immediately dump into another bucket hence not letting the fruit reach the bottom. Durable plastic and well made. Soft rubber coating on handle. Looks like it will be great. I’ll follow up come summer. (2021)
