Our two rocking chairs had been moved to the family room downstairs. We were just blessed with a new granddaughter so wanted a rocker upstairs and based on the reviews and the price range we gave this one a try. It's a very nice rocker, roomy, sturdy and comfortable. (The cushions in the photo did not come with the rocker. It's actually fairly comfortable without them but cushions are nice,)Assembly is simple but not really easy. I'll explain. I tried to assemble the rocker by myself and found that it was difficult to hold some of the pieces in place while lining up the bolts. So I had my wife help me and then everything went together fairly easily. If you separate all of the bolts, nuts, and washers and follow the directions carefully it goes rather smoothly. Only one tool is required, an Allen wrench that is included, but it's helpful if you also have a flat-bladed screwdriver on hand.I only have one very minor complaint. The screws are all recessed but there are no plugs to hide the screw heads so the screws on the outsides of the legs are visible. It's not a big deal because they are recessed, so not really all that noticeable, and I didn't deduct a star because of it but plugs would be nice. Otherwise, the chair looks great.Overall, it's a very nice chair and we can't wait to rock our new granddaughter in it.

Needed a new rocking chair for the youngest grandchild. Looked everywhere for one in a store. Finally took a chance on this chair, and surprised with the good quality for the price. Chair arrived in excellent condition, and was fairly easy to put together. Very happy with the purchase.

I like the chair, bought it for nursery and also bought some cushions here on Amazon.The back of the seating part was scraped, but I ended up keeping it since it's not directly visible!Assembly was easy! As you see in pic, it's Dachshund Approved lol

Easy to assemble, sturdy, comfortable

Product was packaged well. It took me 45 minutes to assemble going slowly and with the assistance of a nosey dachshund! I thought from reviews that holes wouldn’t line up well, but all I did was peek inside the hole and saw where the screw needed to go in and was able to move parts ever so slightly to align them. Item arrived almost one week earlier than expected. 👍🏼 I purchased so I could rock my new baby granddaughter. I think the color I got (cherry) would be liked by my DIL so I may have to get another one. I’ll even assemble it for her in probably 30 minutes!

Nice finished product once you get there! Allen wrench not adequate. You need a Phillips screwdriver to secure final bolt. Better get the padded cushion accessory otherwise your saddle bones are in for a rough ride!

I love it. My forever chair for living room. Most rockers, including my porch rockers, are just too big and bulky. This is like grandpas chair. I’m 6ft, 160lbs. Will probably replace outdoor rockers with more of these.
