Fresh and delicious Parmesan
Absolutely the most delicious fresh parmesan. It was well packaged in a vacuum sealed package inside an insulated pack with an ice pack that was still cold when it arrived. I made fettuccine Alfredo from scratch and it was soooooo creamy and full of flavor. Will order from this deli again. I highly recommend.

Very good cheese, as expected. I really liked that they included some information on wrapping, storage and "best by" date. It was very helpful.

Mold on the cheese, not as photographed
This product arrived with mold all over it, not even wrapped in a shipping envelope or box Pictures below describe how it arrived Second cheese ordered to replace the first second arrived in the same condition mold all over the cheese see photos, I have been refunded but i would like a replacement for this inconvenience and receiving two orders of mold invested cheese

Is top quality
Almost has a strong but cheese hint. I love it!!! Top quality. Came well packaged even in summertime. I will restock. Lasts a while. Don't need a lot to be satisfied. Has a little salt grit and also some fat around it you would wipe away, but I'm supposin' that's a good quality sign! Thank you for having this unique product available!!!

Hope you get a good one
First one was great, got another and moldy as hell. There not eligible for returns so know your rolling the dice. 1 for 2 but when I got a good one it was great

Parmigiana Reggiano
I recived the product in a timly manner, however it was not properly "Cryovacted" Air got in & it was exposed to temp. When i recived it, it was slighty melted & oily. I used it anyway. The taste was great, but when microplaned, it was like grating butter. Alittle reluctant to order again...$ Thanks, Kim Kahana Jr ACF Cert. Chef
