Ignore bad reviews and read the facts below!
First, this is extremely high-grade organic cold-pressed neem oil. I have used it for a long, long time and gone through many vendors/brands. People complaining about it solidifying don't know anything about neem. That is normal in indoor/cooler temperatures. This is actually a sign you're getting the real deal, and the smell, while not great, is far more repulsive to ticks, mosquitos, and a host of other unwanted "guests" for you and your pet. My dog just got Lymes from a tick in our back yard in Wisconsin. If he had been covered in a neem solution, the tick would have likely never attached to him, I've seen 50+ ticks jumping off him in the forest while covered in neem solution as if their lives depended on it. He's also on top of the line flea and tick meds, they are getting worse, you may have seen or read about them getting worse in the news - they are really, really bad and working their way west. I request people stop writing bad reviews over a perfect product because they are uneducated; it just makes you look stupid and hurts the sales and reputation of a good product. Warm the neem, watch YouTube videos on how to make a proper neem/soap solution, and use the right soap, I recommend Dr. Bronners liquid soap, but REGULAR Dawn dish soap without additives will work well also. The purpose of the soap in the mixture is to make it possible to spray. The soap and oil can also kill many pests on contact by absorbing through their bodies and killing them from the inside out. Neem is great for beauty, but if you don't like the smell, don't leave a bad review over it - it's supposed to smell like that! This is like getting mad at a wet dog after throwing him in a pool for smelling like a wet dog. If you put neem on yourself, don't expect to smell lovely. If that is an issue for you, you clearly don't understand the metaphor behind "Beauty is pain."

Multi purpose product
Works great to rid plants of mites, and as a repellent for carpenter ants , but it does have a hefty stink, works well on athletes foot , and if mixed with essential oils can be used on legs to keep bugs away

Strong, lingering odor
This is a large amount of oil for the money. The major issue I had was with the smell. Now I see why people are buying the neem leaves instead. I massaged the oil into my hair and scalp. I loved the way it made my hair and scalp feel. However, after shampooing and conditioning my hair, the smell ways still there! I know now why it repels mosquitos. GL

Works grate for getting rid of fungus gnats .
I should have taken photos or video of be for and after because I was amazed at how quickly it got rid of the soul gnats in my plants soil . If you bumped the or moved the plant in any way you could see the swarms of those little buggers come up from the soil but I spread it with a mixture of neem oil water and a drop of dish soap the first day I got it and again about 3 days later. You can notice the difference right away . After a week only a few stragglers left flying around the house looking for a place to die or committing sewaside in the cats water bowl . After 2 week no more pesty little buggers .

Different in 2022
Ive used the greenive neem oil for a few years now, its been high quality and works great. Now in 2022 the packaging has slightly changed as well as the neem oil itself. This batch, or newly sourced neem smells burnt and unlike any neem oil I've come across. Its also not solidifying under 70 degrees as it should. I fear something has been added or it is no longer cold pressed. Im no longer buying this product.

Not near enough information on the product label.
There is no information on this one gallon container of neem oil on how to use. I need information such as mixing ratios for the various types of applications such as how many ounces per gallon of water for repelling and killing insects. Also, are there temperature considerations regarding proper storage. I have noticed that at the cool temperatures that I keep my living quarters, the product turns from a dark brown to a yellow color and seems to turn from a liquid in to a semi-solid. Question there is, is it ok to apply heat to the product so that it can be mixed with water without harming the product? It would be nice if these questions could be addressed to the seller directly.
