Now Foods Supplement of Beta Sitosterol is great value for the money. The pills are easy to swallow, are effective and work well with my other supplements. I buy these whenever I need them.

Went down a few points so far after almost a month years. We’ll see you after another a few months if it went down anymore. I also eat a primarily plant-based diet and try to cut out simple carbs, sugar, and sweets. I do exercise about 4 to 5 times a week.

I bought this after reading about the possibility of it growing hair back. I am a woman in my late 30's and the very front top portion of my hair had started to thin pretty badly. Odd really because I have very thick curly hair. I tried the rogaine for women and I tried one other product. Neither of them made much of a difference. I started taking this, and at first I didn't notice much, but I am at the end of my 90 pill bottle and I swear that my hair is at about 85% of it's previous thickness. I almost wish I would have taken pictures of the difference. I haven't had any side affects that I know of. I did do several hormone and thyroid tests, and they all came back normal. I don't really know what was causing the hair loss besides age. I am not a doctor or scientist, I just wanted to leave a review stating that this did indeed help my hair thinning.

A big concern is when these melt together into one glob. I put the bottle in the freezer. When the capsules become a bit frozen hard, they separate nicely :D

I have been taking these for a while but had been getting them locally. Made much more sense to buy them here - same great company and product, but at less cost. What's not to love?

I was taking this to lower my LPa. Instead my LPa went up.

It lowered my cholesterol! My doctor was amazed. I wasn't taking it for that, but I'll take it! Being a 65 yr old male I have the problem of getting up 3 or 4 times a night to urinate. It also helped with that too! Once a night and sometimes I sleep right through the night. I take 2 in the morning.
