Along with a healthy diet, PABA works great to help regulate digestion. I tried yogurt, probiotics, and all that jazz. This is cheaper, and much more effective for me!

Difficult to Say
The problem with rating supplements is that sometimes you just can't see a marked improvement. I take PAPA because I know I should at my age. One upside, the positive thing I can say for Source Naturals, they sell a quality product at a reasonable price.

Helps with to darken hair
I ordered this product because it is supposed to turn grey hair back to its original color. I have been taking this product for 3 weeks and my eyebrows are coming in dark instead of grey or white. I am 54 years old and my dark hair is turning grey so I hope this helps but from what I read this dosage is not high enough. When I try to take more pills thru out the day it makes my anxiety and insomnia worse.
