I was very impressed by this bookcase. Nobody had posted pics to get a hint of what it would be like, but now I understand the 5 stars. This bookcase exceeded all my expectations. It is difficult to find a sturdy bookcase to hold all your heavy books without paying a leg for it. For the price, this bookcase is very well built. So simple to put together, I wish all furniture were that easy. Very sturdy. I have a lot of heavy books on it and shelves don’t even sag. I am beyond happy with my purchase and will be definitely getting another. The bookcase is not huge, but it’s big enough and fits a lot on it. Directions are very easy to read and follow. I put it together within 30 min because I did it manually and took my time, but with a power drill it should take like 10-15 mins. (I am assuming). It’s that simple to put together. If you’re looking for a sturdy and well built bookcase, this is THE ONE. I’m very picky about my purchases, but I definitely recommend this one. Five Stars despite the fact the kit was missing a Screw. Fortunately I was able to get one at the local hardware store. Other than that I love it. The shelf is fairly straight forward put together. The back is the best part. Especially because its not a folded piece of heavy cardboard you nail down with 30 plus nails but Slats you slide into groves then secure with a wedge and screw from the back. It is absolutely fantastic and makes putting it together quick. I am considering buying another one if I can find room for it. So far so good with the books and trinkets.

Easy to assemble and seems sturdy. Holds lots of books with no sagging or trouble.Only lost a star because it's a little wobbly when placed on carpet. I wish the base were heavier than the top so that it was a little more stable.

I bought this bookshelf for my son’s room. My husband was able to assemble it easily. It’s fairly sturdy once mounted to the wall. It’s the perfect size for a room with little space.

Just the size I needed. Pretty sturdy. Darker than I expected but okay. Shipped quickly.Shelves are not adjustable! Worked for me though. Using it for books.
