It took about 6 weeks to know I was having less pain. I could not let the sheet on my bed touch my toes for the pain was that great. I was considering putting a box under my sheets to house my feet. I have not had that pain for a while even after stopping for about a year. The euphoria was wonderful as well. I just recently started back on pycongenol looking for the euphoria. I can tell I recover from exercising better. Over all good vibes but not that over the line euphoria. I think is is a good supplement. One in the morning and one in the early evening. Works for me.It is now September of 2025. So three years of non stop use. I still don't have the pain in my toes that I had back in 2022. Some supplements need to be increased as time goes on, not this one. I still only take one in the morning and one in the early evening. I am still very pleased and excited how well Pycnogenol works for me!!!

I like to order this online because i get more than I would in a store and for a better price.

Long ago this used to be terrific value compared to well-known premium brands purportedly licensing the same raw Pycnogenol material from Horphag, but in recent years it's been just an ok-good value.

Product very effective. delivery tracker says it was "handed to customer". Not true. It was in my mailbox. Why do they keep saying this?

I’ve taken this supplement for a year. It has definitely improved my hair shedding/loss.

I used to take pycnogenol religiously but stopped 3 years ago because I felt I no longer needed it. Fast forward 6 months or so and I started feeling really bad every day. Muscle stiffness, fatigue, terrible allergies, spiking blood sugar levels. After about 2 years of feeling lousy and Doctors telling me there was nothing wrong that they could determine, I did some mental detective work to try and determine what had changed. Through process of elimination I finally figured out that I started feeling terrible shortly after I stopped taking the pycnogenol. I’ve since started back taking the Healthy Origins brand and after only 2 weeks the stiffness and swelling in my ankles and lower legs has significantly improved. Also I have much more energy and can exercise longer without feeling exhausted and in pain. Circulation in my body is improving and I’m starting to feel healthy again. I will never stop taking pycnogenol again!

And I really hope it is, but I'm not holding my breath. Supposedly it brings down your cholesterol, but I don't know yet because I haven't had a blood test. The capsules are big. I don't have a problem swallowing them, but some people might.

IDK if I was always allergic or this just developed but product is not returnable so I'm stuck with wasted money. I stopped all supplements and started them again one at a time and that's how I discovered that I seem to be allergic to this - not rash/hives, but congestion and goopy eyes. Plus, I noticed the color is different now - was a powdery orangy color - now a very definitive orange-red. Perhaps something to do with higher dose? but this could be why I have issues with it now.
