I am a redhead (still) fair skinned, grew up in the 60's and 70's, sunblock was rarely if ever put on us as kids. I burned all the time, spent a lot of time in the sun as a kid and developed Actenic Keretosis on my face 5 years ago. These are precancerous cells, they are dry spots that crust up and have a reddish color. This brand of niacinamide works great at two tablets a day to diminish these spots on my face and hold it at bay from continuing to grow. I also rub raw honey on the spots at bedtime. I have been using this brand for a few months now and am very happy with the results and will continue with this brand. Also there is no junk in this brand.👍
