The proofing basket is nice however if you're looking forward to the pictured recipe book it is not included.

Not sure how I feel about this....it came with everything but the plastic bag the items was in was ripped open as if I received an item that was returned. It does not give me a comfortable feeling and I have yet to use it for that reason.Will update after I use it or replace it

The proofing basket is easy and provides a nice container for a slow rise of a sourdough loaf. Easy to transition to baking once ready.
