Q: Would this be good for a macbook?

Maybe, as long as you tape up all the screen, ports, vents and other sensitive parts of the laptop. I'm not sure how it will hold up against scratches, abrasions or rubbing up against a backpack or other type of case. It might peel to easily for this use.

Q: Anyone know the temperature rating for Plasti Dip? I was going to put it on my engine dress cover, doesn't get too hot but just want to make sure.
