I won’t lie. When our HVAC gave out, we needed more than these handheld fans to get by. But they made a HUGE difference, including on the 4th of July when the temps were still above 90 after dark. We stayed completely comfortable. And even during the hottest part of the day, we could sit on our porch chairs and keep cool (when it was well over 90) . These are durable enough that they should last for years (I’ve dropped one twice with no problems), have multiple power and speed options, are easily carried because they’re lightweight and have the bonus of a clip so you can attach the fan to a nearby side table or shelf and not have to continually hold it. I’m impressed by how well these work and how easily recharged they are. All around, a quality product! .

While standing outside on hot concrete after work on a blistering hot day while waiting for a bus, that may or may not show up, this fan was WONDERFUL. It recharges and stays recharged for quite a while. The misting feature was the difference between night and day re the cooling effect. I highly recommend.

I had a portable fan very similar to this one, but cheaper on Amazon over a year ago now, but sadly it was stolen. So I decided to purchase this one because it was basically the same, BUT had the mister which I really loved. I've used it for about a month now, and honestly, my other fan that didn't have a mister was better overall. The fan does the job, and it's not bad by any means, but compared to the other one I had, it doesn't keep up. The battery life is good, but not as long as they state in the description. The fan on the highest setting will only give you a total of maybe 3 hours with nothing else on. If you use the mister with it or the lights (which I haven't used at all) it greatly shortens that time. The mister is actually really pleasant because it's such a fine mist. They aren't huge droplets that completely soak you or your face and it actually feels like nice air conditioning. However, the mister does get clogged frequently, so you have to constantly press on the center to get it unclogged annndddd because there isn't a whole lot reserved in the fan itself, the mister only lasts about 10 minutes continuously before you have to refill it again. And there are also exposed wires on the bend. I haven't had an issue with that as of yet, but it makes me a bit uneasy. Overall, like I said in the title, it does the job. If you only plan to use it for short occasions or just the fan itself, it'll be perfect. But if that is all you use it for I would recommend a different one. I would have given it 3 stars, but the mister gives it a extra star.

Update 12/2024 (with new pics). The seller was super great and reached out to send me an updated version of the fan. I quickly received the new fan within a couple days and it works fantastic now! The mist works great and I can definitely tell this will be amazing during the warm months. I purchased this during the summer for a desert lake vacation hoping it would help with the over 100 degree heat. The fan works fine and does blow air but the mist is terrible, it is the tiniest amount of mist that cannot be felt. It is easy to fill with water and it is definitely portable handheld.

First off: SAVED MY LIFE DURING SUMMER 2025. Not literally, but it may as well have saved my life. I am someone with heat intolerance due to my medical conditions so summers can be dreadful for me. This fan works very well for the price, and it's actually quite versatile. For traveling, this is an excellent fan. Easy to carry, very transportable. Can easily be carried around if you're outside for a day. If you want to use the misting feature, it does come with a little plastic squeeze bottle to store some extra water, so that's nice. The misting function is very nice, especially in drier climates or if you're desperate to cool off. This fan is even lovely if you're at home. I have used it as a little desk fan since it can be propped up and angled on a flat surface. It's super convenient. Quite durable and feels like it's high-quality overall. Not super loud and sounds how you would hope a small portable fan would.

I am not someone they paid to make this review. I am a cancer patient who is having ALL her hormones purged fr every cell in her body & will be taking pills to continue that for the next 5 YRS! Therefore I have night sweats and as many as 24 hot flashes a DAY in waking hrs! I have purchased five different kinds of handheld fans fr Amazon. So far this one is THE ABSOLUTE SUPREME BEST! I now use this one most to the point that I am about to order 3 more just bc I am afraid eventually sometime in the next 5 yrs this one may get lost or wear out. The very IDEA of losing this one sort of panics me. This fan folds to make it fit better in my purse. It has MUCH more power than any other fan Ive owned. It is quiet enough to use in church. It has a little water well that allows me to add mist to my breeze if I choose to. Of course it is easy to charge, easy to hold & such a strong air flow that when I use it at night I sometimes go to sleep holding it & drop it on my FACE! LOL I truly recommend this fan. It is a strong winner against all the others out there! Coming fr someone who has tried many, who uses them more than I use my CELL PHONE & fr someone who would not lie about something as simple yet important as this. Cancer patients and menopausal women.... Buy this fan. You will NEVER be sorry.

Questo ventilatorino è favoloso per i giorni di afa: oltre ad avere 3 velocità, riempiendo il serbatoio di acqua si può avere sia aria rinfrescata sia un getto continuo di vapore freddo che sul viso è un vero toccasana. Unica piccola pecca, è un po' rumoroso, ma si può sopportare. Io me lo porto sempre dietro perchè sta in borsetta. Si può tenere comodamente in mano, in più la manopola si piega e fa da piedistallo. Tocco simpatico, da spento si può selezionare un'opzione con la quale un led emana luci che cambiano continuamente colore. Consigliatissimo.

This was mentioned on a travel blog about coping with heat. I already had something similar, but it was rigid. This one is slightly more powerful and folds, so takes up less space and is easier to fit in your backpack/bag. Really pleased with it, very quiet and kept us cool on long journeys by coach and rail. Holds it charge really well, lasts a long time. Solid quality item.

The fan seems to cool way better than is should for the size. it's also very easy to use which is good because the manual it came with reads like it's been passed through Google translate a couple of times.
