Three Rooker Mens FLAG ties American Flags Necktie

I was lucky enough to receive my US citizenship recently and for the ceremony I wanted to wear something that had the red, white & blue. I was having trouble finding a US flag tie from any of the big name vendors so decided to try my luck with Tie Guys. Not only did the tie get delivered very quickly (it arrived before the earliest estimated delivery date) but the quality surprised me no end. To be honest I was expecting a cheaply made low quality novelty product (considering the price) and would have been OK with that as it was for a one-time wear. However it's a very nicely made tie. The quality of the material is excellent, better than a lot of ties you'd pay a few times more for at a retail store. It wears very well, has enough stiffness to be able to tie properly and hold it's shape and the coloring is superb with great contrast between the red white and blue. It looks so good that I am planning on wearing this tie again on other days that seem appropriate (e.g. Veteran's day, Memorial Day, Presidents day and so on). I'll definitely keep Tie Guys on my list of vendors to use.

There are times when proper attire is required, and there are times when an the American Flag Tie pulls that ensemble together like no other necktie. Quality is excellent, especially for the price. The colors are bold and in your face, American style. A tie this powerful and bold should be worn with caution, as responses to the tie may take the wearer by surprise. When to wear this tie: Whenever you want--it is an American Flag tie, after all. Where it to vote, wear it to the gun range, wear it to a NASCAR race, wear it to the Winter Olympics. If you're feeling especially patriotic, wear to that F1 race in Texas. You'll never see as many popped-collar, loafer-wearin' Euro weanies strain their necks, getting a glimpse of your Americana. That's right, U-S-A. Get the tie. It is your patriotic duty.

This tie has staying power, took off one star because the fabric has loose strands that keep popping out and i have to groom them back in, but from a distance these strands are hard to notice and it is not a major issue.

I have gotten lots of compliments at the airport (I'm a Pilot). Even the Chief Pilot stopped me and wowed it over. Here's what I've done as a test. I wore it for 2 weeks. During that time I got a little grease on it, a kitten snagged it (I cut the loose end off), I got some hot tea on it, and some Italian dressing from turbulence while eating. I put it in cold water with a little dish soap and color retaining power from the laundry shelf, and soaked it over night. Light tooth brush to the stains. They came out. Color remained iin tact. THEN I SPRAYED IT LIGHTLY WITH SCOTCH GUARD and let it dry. I'm in week 5 and it still looks great. I ordered a total of 3 ties. Shipping on #2 and #3 was free. It was a great deal

The tie is beautiful, but very delicate. I only got to use it once, and for some reason is now messed up. I think you can't let not even one bit of water fall on it. It now looks stained. I might buy another one just because the tie is beautiful, but I'll have to be much more careful with it. I know ties can be delicate, but this was the most delicate tie I ever had.

The tie is exactly as it appears on Amazon and is a nice tie. I would have preferred it to have been made out of a regular tie fabric instead of polyester, but otherwise I am satisfied with it.
