If you read the ingredients, to me it seems there is a lot of unnecessary ingredients added. Less is more, meaning more healthy. I think the more things we can eat in there natural state rhe better. Real recognizes real. The body has enough trouble trying to figure out where to put the toxic foods they sell us to put in our bodies, there for the body stores it as fat bcuz it doesn't know what do with it.Not to mention the seed oils used! But why?Just a thought, so I guess its healthier than most of the prepackaged food out here

Exactly as advertised. Single serving pouches are the perfect size for a snack. The mix quantity is great.

I enjoy the three different packs of nuts, seeds and dried fruit. Each package has its own unique blend. They are my go to afternoon snack when I am working. Not overly sweet. Keeps the hunger pangs at bay.
