I have tried every H/S/N product on the market. This supplement actually works! If I run out, within 2-3 weeks, I see a difference.

I 82 years old and have been devastated by hair loss. No matter how it was styled the bare spots were visible. My head sunburned and when I touched my head I felt scalp. I was totally depressed. Also I had always taken great pride in my long, strong nails. Now they were peeling, breaking, and splitting. I saw an add for this product and bought it. After about 3 weeks I noticed that my nails were quite strong and not suffering from the former problems. Then I started to noticing brand new hair growing along my hairline. I could no longer see my scalp. My head is now covered with new hair. I am amazed. Things just don’t happen this way. BUT THEY DO!!!

I've taken these as directed for years They make my skin and hair much more manageable.

I love it, but it's really overpriced on Amazon. Same item at Sam's Club is $20, I'll get it from there Thank You.

Best hair and nail supplement I have tried.

I have been using this product for several years. Originally I purchased them for my hair at a local shop. There were several brands, this one I chose because it contained copper. After a couple months using them daily my already long nails got even longer & stronger! A total surprise! Then the local shop didn't have this brand anymore, so I bought the other copper free brand which didn't seem to work. Thank goodness a search on Amazon revealed my preferred Applied Nutrition product.
