What is the size of an individual piece? Can this be written on with a sharpie?

These puzzles have different sizes in all their Krypt puzzles. Why would anybody want to write on any puzzle sharpie or not? Can't answer that part of question because I treat all puzzles same. Nicely.

Missing 2 pieces, does Ravensburger make replacement pieces?

I have received replacement pieces from the before. It's been awhile but I'm sure they still do it. Check their website.
