These bulbs are really cool. You can set them up in a lot of different ways with different colors. I love that the lights are bright but not hard on the eyes like my old bulbs are. This is the second set that I bought from this company. I tried these out before and really liked them. They’re easy to install with Alexa once you have the system set up. I already a set set up by my front door. Once I tried them out I decided to put some more by my back door too. I checked out several different brands but decided on this company because I bought my other ones from them, so I know they’re reliable and I can get them really quickly.

I have a LG G8X ThinQ smartphone to control the Bulbs, you have to install smart life app on your phone for pairing. To pair, first you need to turn on, off, on, off, and then on the bulb and it starts blinking then you should set the smart life app on the automatic mode to pair with the bulb be careful that you need a WIFI with 2.4 GHz bandwidth. After this you can install google home on your smart phone and add device using the smart life app option to import the paired bulbs. That's it now you can say: "Hey google turn on the lights" and see the magic.Moreover the The bulb itself has lots of options. You can change the color, saturation, and brightness. You can schedule them. There are also some modes which makes you able to change the color automatically with different speed, and these options are accessible via google home . In conclusion, I recommend this product.

Best set of smarts bulbs I have purchased, very easy to setup and integrate with Alexa. Plain to purchase couple extra box's.-Joe

I think I got these in Amazon’s bargain area while undergoing shopping therapy. They were reasonably priced and well packaged. Instructions were reasonably clear and after an initial snafu where one bulb just refused to be identified by any of my controlling devices, I got two of the four working. The troublesome one connected in a different lamp so I blame the initial snafu on the lamp not the bulb. I did test all four and all four lit fine. I’m still trying to decide where to us the other two.So, easy to install (mostly) and reasonably priced, they turn colors when I tell my Echo device to do so. Some of the colors are suspicious, like yellow isn’t really a sunshine yellow, it’s more of a greenish yellow. But, really, how many times will it be important that my light be a perfect yellow? Blue, green, red colors are spot on. So now, I just change colors to amuse myself — as I enter my dotage it doesn’t take much to keep me amused as you can probably tell. So, yes, I give these bulbs a thumbs up for sure.

I bought these to test for a large project I am about to work on. The instructions are good and easy to follow. I was able to get it to work as soon as I downloaded the APP.Everything was working great. I used them for about 6hrs the first day. Trying the different modes and colors. Creating groups etc.Next day I turned them on in white mode so I could see in the room and continue testing them. After about 3 hours one of them went very dim, with a yellowish color, and was turning off and on but not with a pattern like it does when you are setting it up.I tried to reset it by turning the power off, on, off, on, off, on. but that bulb would not respond. The other bulb that was also connected to the switch, went into pairing mode, but the other one did not respond.I will be returning these since I now have 1 dead bulb and 3 good ones, and I can not go replacing bulbs on my project.

These bulbs work perfectly. The warm white and cool white are much brighter than expected. The transition between the whites and the colors are seamless and elegant. They work well with Alexa. Customer service is fantastic. The only drawback is the colors are not bright at all. They work well for mood lighting but not for lighting the room up colorfully. Great bulbs for the price.

The first bulb out of the box was a configuration dream. Followed the instructions, the app recognized it, did its configuration stuff, and it was good to go. Then I tried the next bulb…The app couldn’t find it in “EZ” mode, so I skipped that one and tried the next. Same problem. Ditt on the fourth bulb. Frustrated, I set it all aside until the next day.Digging further, I attempted to put it into the other slow-blinking mode. No matter what I did, how quickly or slowly I turned the switch on and off. After 3-4 tries, it FINALLY went into slow-blink mode. I then followed the steps in the app, it found the bulb, and it added it just like before.I went through the same process with the two remaining bulbs and all is (now) well.I’m not typically quite that patient so glad I went through the hassle so I wouldn’t need to return them. Just kinda wished they worked right out of the box the way the first bulb did.

While these lights look good and are easy to install, they constantly require attention. I’ve had to “reconnect” them several times, 2 of the 4 continue to disconnect 1-2 times a day, and one even disconnected from the base of the bulb while plugged in. I’ve bought several types of smart bulbs before, and never had this degree of issue.
