This is a lovely keepsake that is being given to a friend and her family who suddenly lost their mother/grandmother. The item is beautiful, and Demdaco has done an amazing job boxing it protectively and attractively. Amazon or the seller using Amazon applied the shipping label directly to the gift box and didn’t attempt even seal the box itself for shipment OR sealing the item in an Amazon packing box and putting the label on it, which is what I would have expected. Photos provided. I had this delivered early, and the delivery was great. Total fail on the packaging for shipping though. It’s a gift that I needed for today.
