Very poor quality. Doesn’t even do as it says. Slips out as you breathe which defeats the purpose.

Danger, danger
Avoid this product at all costs. I ordered from UK instructions in another language and have damaged my nose trying to insert this product and will be taking legal action. Avoid at all costs dangerous to say the least.
