I wear a women's 4.5 and purchased these in size 33. They fit perfectly. The heel height is very comfortable with the platform and they are easy to walk in. I'm giving them 4 stars because they have a very strong chemical smell. Right now they are in my garage airing out. I wont be able to wear them until the smell dissipates. It's too bad because finding a high fashion shoe that fits is very hard when you wear a 4.5.

For the first time, this was actually too small for me. My have very small feet, I usually wear from 3-5 in heels.
