This is awesome although it does have some minor issues like dies, which are a toxin. Also, you will want to supplement boron, around 10 mg a day. It should be an easy addition to their otherwise practically perfect formula. This brand seems to do a fairly meticulous job at nailing really comprehensive synergies that are quite capable, by the way.

STAK is a hormone enhancer, not to be confused with M_STAK which aids (amongst other things) protein synthesis. This from their forum - "ANIMAL STAK is a natural hormone "enhancer". It works with your body to: (1) help "boost" key anabolic hormone levels and (2) enhance overall hormone function (such as improving the ratios of free to total testosterone). Stak, therefore, is a hormone modulator. I have found that when taken together, both supplements are very complementary but do have different roles. As my aim (as a Free-Runner) is to remain strong but light, I am on a very low fat high protein diet training 16 times over a ten day period during a ten week training rotation. I am able to maintain this routine injury free without fatigue partially (I believe) due to supplementation with STAK and M-STAK (as well as creatine and protein). As with any form of supplementation, results are subjective but as I am able to train at the same times with the same diet the positive (or negative) impact of anything I take is noticeable. Coming to the end of this 10 week training rotation I have covered two cycles (21 days on, 7 days off) and the improvements have been noticeable. I have remained at 170lbs but power exercises likes dips, wide grip pullups and hill sprints have seen improvements of around 10 - 15%. Now for the negatives, the tablets/capsules are not easy to swallow, I use V8 juice to get them all down and even that can be a chore, also the cost as both STAK and M-STAK are far from cheap, for me though I only take them during my 10 week high intensity training program which is followed by 4 weeks of supplement free less frequent session (3 x resistance + 3 cardio per week).

Not a full month supply like it says, it’s only 3 weeks so you’re missing a whole week worth of supps in this l. I think it’s quite overpriced, I ordered it three times and noticed increased vitality but that’s about it and it took me over a whole bottle to start really feeling it although my stomach felt it instantly… it really upset my stomach the whole time taking it even when I took it with food. Nutricost has a test booster that’s half the price/ a full month supply and doesn’t upset the stomach I’ve really liked that one over this stack !! Just my opinion… I’ve been taking test boosters for years many different kinds, even the real stuff you shoot so I know what’s up !!
