Could I use these to clean my 30-30 and 30-.06?

These patches are not designed for 30 cal use as they are made to use only up to 25 cal. I would opt for larger ones for the calibers you desire to properly clean.

This wont fit a 12 gauge will it? have rifle and shotgun cleaning kit. should i get "all caliber" patches?

.223 patches are much smaller than what is needed for a 12 gauge. My recommendation is to buy patches for specific calibers or a family; e.g., .30 cal for 7.62, 300, 308, etc. .45s & .38 (.357 et al). Or you could buy large patches & medium patches in bulk and cut them down as needed. Personally, I do not really like the patches which are available in todays market, which seem to be some type of synthetic. I would like to use all cotton, preferably a flannel. Todays patches seem to require a lot of product to achieve a clean barrel.

The video demonstration hookup seemed only for "pulling" the patch through the cylinder, no?

Correct, it is designed to be pulled through the barrel in the same direction that the projectile travels.
