ok so the reason I'm shouting about it is because I started taking this particular pac 2 years ago when my dizziness, depression and anxiety got out of hand. I do not trust anti depressants and chemical happy pills. Im very sensitive to pharma drugs and have had bad reactions to many medications.My personal blend is:The 2 mineral pills -1000The greens pillThe c-1000The b complex -50And if its included the ginseng -propolis pill.As a woman I skip the calcium pill because calcium is included in the mineral pills. I personally crush it all up with a morter and pestle. Tastes gross but whew! Gets the job done!ITS REALLY SAVED MY LIFE! With the help of an additional magnesium glycinate pill. Me and my misfiring brain are back to normal.This is my mix! It won't work for everyone. I take this formula 1x a week. But I listen to my body and try to balance what it needs. Doesn't upset stomach and no side effects.Seems good but need another month supply here to make evaluation.

I've tried many supplements but THIS actually made my energy levels go up. I use to wake up tired and would drag most days but now I'm more productive since I've started these 2 weeks ago. I also see a big difference in my anxiety. Have not had one panic attack since I've been taking. I'll be on these regularly.

Looking at the nutrients included in all of the pills, I can't imagine there is another pill packet out there which is more complete. My only complaint is a personal one and that is that they give me a bit of an upset stomach for an hour or two after I take them, which is weird because I have an iron stomach. I imagine this is really just a testament to how much is going on nutrient-wise and I am hoping that my stomach will get used to them.

Fresh Start vitamins are great for my energy. I have had leg cramps and taken these vitamins, and they've help me feel great! I love them & I've purchased them years ago in a convenience store.
