Recently purchased this item for our deep fryers… Absolutely love them so far. The fryer crumb scooper was a bit too wide/big for our fryer, so we took a hammer and molded it a bit so that it would fit. It worked, thank goodness.

I love the brush for keeping dry batter from building up on the burners which will eventually lead to scorching the oil. With the scoop I was able to keep the sludge from building up on the bottom of the fryer - easing cleanup at the end of the night.

these essentials are needed badly if you want to clean your friers properly, especially at a restaurant settings

The scoop is too big to fit between the baffles in a duker fryer. FYI... NOT FOR DUKER FRYER

not same as picture. Scoop is tad to large to fit standard commercial fryer. I purchased this product based on dimensions given in description. Not what I received. Embarrassing when brought to the restaurant and staff tells me it does not fit between burners of fryer. Dealing with the back lash from owner because measurements are not what was advertised. The other two items can be worked with. The scoop was the main upset. You want to save yourself time money and reputation, skip this product.
