The best!
I have been using various salt free seasonings since my husband's heart surgery. This is one of the best, if not the absolute best seasoning! I use it mainly for his meat recipes, but used some recently on some roasted chickpeas for myself and it was great! I highly recommend it if you want to cut back n sodium but want flavorful food!

Salt substitute ????
Salt is not spicy, why is it everything has to be spicy, used on egg sandwiches and he didn’t like it, used on hamburger and he said it was ok, all salt substitutes have so much stuff in them.
