Excellent sugar replacement!
This is my go to baking sugar! It replaces sugar 1:1 and tastes like real sugar while keeping carbs at near zero with zero impact on blood sugar. It's a game changer. I notice zero odd after taste and it does not have a cooling effect. I like that this one is natural and prefer this one so the artificially manufactured products.

Best sugar alternative
My uncle has very severe diabetes and he was coming over for a family dinner and he loves cheesecake but only can have a small sliver so I decided to make a diabetic friendly cheesecake with no sugar spiking ingredients so he could have a full piece of cheesecake and it came out wonderful, every sugar alternative I have tried, including stevia has made me horribly sick, this actually tasted good and didn't make me sick either and the cheesecake came out delicious!! Great product!

Love it for MUDDY BUDDYS/PUPPY CHOW
This is a must for Icing and making Ice Cream without a machine. This company makes an extra fine powder (the way it should be). I've had a couple of companies, in the last few months, that made a grainy powdered sweetener and that just doesn't work. My favorite use is for Muddy Buddies. Recipe below. Muddy Buddies AKA Puppy Chow INGREDIENTS 8 to 9 cups Chex Cereals (Rice, Corn, Oat or Chocolate can be used for Gluten Free-otherwise you can use Wheat) 2/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips 1/2 cup peanut butter (or nut butter-I like Cashew Butter & Sunflower Seed Butter) ¼ cup butter or coconut oil 1 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener 2 1/2 gallon Zipper Bag (or 2 one gallon zipper bags) DIRECTIONS Step 1 Pour any Chex Cereals you're using into a large bowl. Step 2 Put chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter (or coconut oil) in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir. Microwave another 30 seconds, until melted. Stir. Step 3 Pour chocolate mix over cereal in bowl and stir with a large spoon, until evenly coated. Transfer to the 2 1/2 gallon zipper bag. Step 4 Pour the powdered monk fruit into the zipper bag and Zip it up. Then, start shaking the bag, until the Chex Mix are all evenly coated. That's the fun part! If you want, you can wait a while and add another 1/4 to 1/2 cup powdered monk fruit and shake it up some more. I like it really coated, but you may not like that thickly coated. Step 5 Spread out the Muddy Buddies on wax paper to completely cool. You can store on the counter in a closed container, but in hot weather you might prefer to keep in the refrigerator. You can also add any nuts to the mix, broken pretzels, M&M's or whatever you want. If adding M&M's, be sure to add a few After you make the Muddy Buddies or you won't see the colors. YUMMM! I know they're not that low calorie when you keep eating them, but they're so good. Thank you for reading my review.

Holy cow, this stuff is good!!
Made some cream cheese frosting with this for my son's birthday a few days ago and WOW!! It tasted like the real thing. No aftertaste. The only thing I would do differently is not use a whole cup in the recipe, because I think that made it just a touch too sweet. But this is an easily-remedied situation. I honestly did not expect this to work as well as it did. I kept waiting for the erythritol taste to show up, and it never really did. Highly recommend this product!

Consistency is the best
I looked far and wide for a good, sugar free substitute for powdered sugar. Monk Zero was the answer. It has the exact consistency as powdered sugar. I've used it successfully as a replacement in several recipes. It's the best! As with any sugar substitute, the flavor is a little different than sugar, but I find it much more satisfactory than any of the others.
