The Mag Delay tablets were recommended by my doctor BUT I have swallowing issues and have problems being able to swallow larger bites. I was able to swallow them just barely but it left me with discomfort/pain in my throat. I just tried taking one today and had the same issue. I wish they would make them in half the size. I would rather swallow 3-4 smaller ones than try these oversized tablets.

They are great

This looks and feels just like the Mag-64, but at a cheaper price. The only difference is the lack of imprint. They may be manufactured in the same facility, as is known to happen with many "off-brands". They are easy to swallow, and don't cause any tummy problems. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a magnesium supplement.

I ordered MagDelay for the first time, since it was a little bit cheaper than the brand I normally use. It turned out to be a not so good experience. The coating on these Magnesium tablets melted, and stuck to the other pills I had in my pill box. It also leaves a clear, oily type of residue on the bottom. At first I thought it could have been from humidity, but it wasn't. Whatever they use to coat these tablets is poor quality. I'll stick to my regular brand from now on.

This magnesium was recommended to me by a friend when she discovered that I had a slight electrical impulse heart issue. I had spoken to my doctor, who recommended beta-blockers, but I did not want to go on anything that invasive. The magnesium greatly calms my irregular heartbeat episodes and though I certainly don't recommend it over going to a qualified physician, it has done the trick for me! I knew I was deficient in magnesium as my doctor had mentioned it, but did not realize how low. Within fifteen minutes of taking this supplement, my heart calmed back down to it's normal rate and I haven't had trouble since, unless I forget to take it!
