Let me just say, I was super skeptical that Oxyfresh or any product would do much good. I mean, a water additive? It seems too easy, too affordable, and how in the world could it actually help? After reading the reviews, I thought what do I have to lose, so I went ahead and bought the kit with the water additive plus the toothpaste, and it was the best investment ever! So, I got this mainly for out 15 year old cat. She is a sweet, lovey thing, but her breath was so horrible you didn't even want to be in the same room with her. We started using the water additive, and within 2 days we noticed improvement. Within a week, the change was unbelievable. Before, you couldn't walk by her without wanting to run away, and now you can lay right beside her and no odors noticed. So, when I say this stuff works miracles, I am not exaggerating. We have not even tried the toothpaste yet, as brushing a cat's teeth doesn't sound like fun, but I can only imagine that it would work equally as well and would be a good routine to help clean their teeth. If you are hesitant like I was, I suggest just trying it. For the price, you can go wrong. If it is to provide fresher breath, or just to maintain healthy dental habits within your pet, this stuff is amazing. Definitely a 5 star product! I will continue to use this daily.

Fantastic!!!! Great trial size. I couldn’t justify spending money on the full size bottles without knowing if my dog would even drink his water with the additive in it. For the money, I got more product than I could have ever imagined in this starter kit. It’s great for a trial run and it lasts for a while. I’m in vet school and I know how important all these products are and 100% recommend them all. Pro tip: if your dog slobbers when he drinks and gets saliva all on his water, dump that water out and put fresh in before adding the water additive or it’ll get all bubbly because it’s doing what it’s supposed to do and activating when it’s in saliva, however, the saliva is in the water bowl not the dog’s mouth. Pro tip #2: in order for these products to work, they need to be used every day. I recommend using the water additive every day and brushing your dogs teeth at least once a week. However, these products only PREVENT tartar/plaque they do not remove current tartar that is built up so don’t expect them to do a full dental cleaning, only your veterinarian can do that. But after your dog gets a dental cleaning, start using these products and I guarantee you (and your vet) will be pleased with your dog’s oral health.

I believe this product does its job in prevention of cavities however, the water additive for cats makes them not want to drink the water. Which sucks because getting them to drink the water in the first place is already a pain, adding this in at the recommended amount (we have a large water fountain) meant not only did we have to remove the filter but my 3 cats were not a huge fan of the change. The tooth brush and tooth paste was great though so this kit is still definitely worth it to give your cats options.

Skip the kit. The cats will not like this toothpaste and the brushes are too big for their tiny mouths. We do however consistently repurchase and use the water additive. We’ve used it in their stainless steel drinking fountain for three years. They drink lots of water and have good breath.

Cute little set, dogs like it

I ordered this because I wanted to do more for my dog and cat concerning their dental health! They share a water bowl so I needed something safe for both and found this product! Both my cat and dog don’t seem to notice that I add the water additive to their water bowl! I noticed that my dog’s breath is less stinky but I haven’t noticed a real difference in his teeth. I also used the toothpaste and the finger brushes on my dog. He doesn’t seem to mind the brush so much but doesn’t love the flavor of the toothpaste. I have another that I rotate with for some variety. I’m hopeful at his next vet appointment his teeth won’t be a concern!
