I am using this one! Gaaia Menstrual Cup for Beginners - got it from amazon! On their own website they have a way of ordering two sizes together, incase you are confused about your size. It was quite a challenge to switch and uncomfortable to use initially. Now finally after 4 months and 4 cycles, it feels amazing! You don’t have to change for 12 hours and it allowed me to go through a 8 hour workshop without going in even once! That’s just a big boon. I have been using tampons in between when I am getting tired of these and pads to make sure I don’t stain. But finally this time (4th month) I have been able to use it 100%, it’s such a guilt free period now!

I was so tired of using sanitary napkins and adding to the waste disposable problem the world is facing. I needed a solution that would also ease my menstruation needs. So I started looking for the perfect menstrual cup and after searching and searching I finally found the perfect cup. I would recommend this to anyone looking to switch from pads and tampons to cups. Super comfortable despite my initial reservations. Now I can’t leave home without it. Carry it with me in my bag. I leave on in the car just in case I ever need it. No more running to the pharmacy in the middle of the night. Perfect for periods and perfect for all women.

Good quality and well made cup, slightly smaller than I thought it would be but it's a good thing. It's made of sturdy silicone and is not as soft as other cups, but not hard. Opens easily.One complaint I have is that I got a cup of a colour I didn't want even though I chose blue.The other problem is that there are no instructions on how to use it, although I have been using it for 2 years so I know what to do. But for a cup that advertises they are for beginners, they should have at least some literature on how to use it. Luckily there are lots of YouTube videos explaining exactly how to insert and remove.

The media could not be loaded. A good looking and well packaged cup, with medium firmness. Only the top rim has not been finshed neatly, it’s a little rough and I wish it was firmer. But a good cup otherwise for someone looking for a medium firmness cup. Not yet used it, waiting for that. Deff better than using a really soft cup which takes forever to open and seal properly and might leak.

This is the first time I have used a menstrual cup and it has been 2 cycles since.The material is comfortable,it is easy to use and store (comes with a small cotton bag).I was lucky to have found the right size.I have a normal flow and the small cup that I used lasted for about 6-7 hours after which it started to leak a little.Haven't used the large cup yet.I would say this is a good products for beginners especially those who are confused about the size of the cup.

My daughter uses this product.She highly recommends it.She is using it for 2 years now.She is on the heavy flow side so she had to change every 2 hours while using pads but with this cup the change hour has gone upto 3 hours though she still uses in combination with pads.She said it's less troublesome, feels drier and way way better than pads for sure.Once you get the hang of it ,it is really easy to use.

I had a really nightmarish experience with this product. I've used it 4 cycles, and the experience only got worse each time. The cup leaks very frequently, which meant a lot more discomfort added to my cramps and tiredness. I had to use multiple products because of the leakage. And the leakage persists even when the cup is properly inserted. I think it's a design issue.

The material is hard and uncomfortable. The stem is too long and thick too. I could feel itall the time. This is my second cup. I got this coz I accidentally burnt my rustic art cup while sterilising...☹️ This is definitely not good for beginners.
