Worth a try
I’ve only been taking this a couple of weeks, but I feel so much calmer. I take at night before bed. I feel like my sleep has been better too.

I am able to function when I take this daily and notice a huge difference in moods/irritable when not taken. Easy to swallow and no aftertaste.
