PS4 Pro ( Refurbished) arrived on time as stated.Product was packaged appropriately with bubble wrap.Console was immaculating clean.Controller,was not an official product,but was a brand new aftermarket. However,that was not an issue for me.Console ran and performed beautifully.Could be anymore pleased, would deal with again 👍

When I received mine, it was packaged well and works perfectly. Would definitely recommend buying.

USB cable that it came with did not work for some reason..it was a charge only cable ig idk.. I had no idea, and was racking my brain trying to figure out what was wrong and what I could do... I ended up taking the USB that came with my roku and it works now. Very very pissed that it took almost 3 weeks to figure this out

The controller that came with the system has issues right out of the box.... extraneous inputs on the left stick, i.e., your POV will suddenly jerk straight up or straight down with no input. I didn't need the controller so it's not a huge deal, but it would suck if you needed to use it. Otherwise the system has performed flawlessly, with an external HDD and my 4K HDR television.

I'll be honest, I bought this product before reading the more recent reviews, most of which complain about the controller. I didn't expect much and I thought I would get a crappy unclean refurbished ps4 Pro, but I can gladly say I was wrong. Attached are photos of the packaging (there was another piece of paper in the console picture but my dog already had it) of the console and accessories. Controller looked great, it's better than the pre-owned controllers I have bought from gamestop, clean with good thumb pads and doesn't have any button or stick drift issues; also came with the Playstation cables which is good. I removed the top cover to see if the heat sink had been cleaned and as you can see it has. Fired it up, connects to wifi and ethernet, downloads games, runs discs and is reasonably quiet unless it's heavily loaded but I expected this. It's the CUH-7015B which I believe is the launch model. Overall, I would recommend this product to someone who wants to buy a ps4 pro. If anything happens I will update.

No complaints

"Excellent" condition was the claim... I would not say the PS4 I received to be anywhere close to excellent condition. Power supply is heavily used and was not replaced so the PS4 cooling fan spins up to maximum speed and to keep the system from overheating. Very noisy. There was still plenty of dust inside so it was poorly cleaned, if at all. The PS4 bottem shell was damaged and reinstalled incorrectly. This system needed it's power supply replaced, a thorough cleaning, and a new bottem shell to be considered "excellent" condition. Otherwise, it still does function but with great concern of failure.
